We are currently seeking Franchisee's that want to make a difference in their communities and are patient on getting started and return on investments. If pre-approved, you will receive a franchise allocation with no immediate financial obligations until we are ready to break ground together. In the meantime, we will help you explore incentive programs available to assist you in getting started if you can demonstrate you are willing to do the work. Our Minimum Liquid Asset requirement will vary based on HUB location and investment assistance requested or available in your region. Based on our preliminary market analysis, we expect you will need about $50,000 to get started (Amount may vary substantially by region; Metro areas will likely have higher startup fees). But don't let this stop you from inquiring and getting pre-approved. The future is now! In some cases, we expect to have grants or assistance available for local residents of certain economically distressed or disadvantaged communities. In other cases, we may be able to find you an investment sponsor for Franchisee's that want to get in on the ground floor of this rapidly changing infrastructure opportunity.
We will ONLY operate with nationwide franchises to enable enterprising and enthusiastic individuals in each HUB community to directly benefit from this nationwide infrastructure transformation. This means we will not compete with our Franchisees. We have also tailored our franchisee experience to allow early adopters the opportunity to benefit the most in our partnerships. We expect this industry will be highly competitive and it will be the best run stations, among our competitors, that will survive. We chose NOT to be a corporate run organization to allow for flexibility and freedom for small town communities to thrive together and help prevent the monopolization of these new infrastructure transformation opportunities.
